Stucco Italiano’s school of Italian plasters was founded in the late 90s by Maestro Giovanni Polistena, with the mission of disseminating the authentic Italian plasters application techniques. Our teachers are master craftsmen with long experience both in applying and training artisans in the art of Venetian plaster and other Italian stuccos. Outside our school of Italian plasters, Stucco Italiano’s master craftsmen have taught at the Scuola di Restauro of Vicenza and had a ten-year contract with the Hamlet School of Hillerød in Denmark. Furthermore, they have given plastering courses in other schools in Denmark (Rann) and in Great Britain (Goldtrowel training Center in England and in Walles).

WALL Decorative Finishes - Basic Level
The WALL decorative finishes course consists of a 5-days theoretical and practical program that will guide the student through all the stages of the application of Marmorino Venetian plaster and other lime-based stuccos, such as Travertino, Tadelakt, and Beton Stucco. Furthermore, the students will also learn how to apply some modern decorative paints. Thanks to the guidance of our experienced teachers, by the end of the course each student will know how to apply these materials in complete autonomy.

The price of the 5-days Italian plastering courses in our school of Italian plasters is € 700 + VAT 22%. This price includes training costs, use of the laboratory, and working tools. If you stay at one of the recommended hotels, we will provide also free daily transport to the company’s location and back. Participants will be given a set of tools to use during the practice and to bring at home after the training. EXTRA COSTS: Every day we will have lunch at a nearby restaurant. The cost of each meal is €11.
FLOOR Seamless Coatings - Basic Level
Our FLOOR seamless coatings training consist of a 2-days theoretical and practical program that will guide the student through all the stages of the application of Pastellone (plain and with aggregates), Reinforced Microcement (previous Epofloor), and Magnesite Terrazzo. Thanks to the guidance of our experienced teachers, by the end of the course each student will know how to apply these materials in complete autonomy.

- Pastellone: 1st Coat, Application on Panels
- Reinforced Microcement: Mixing the Components + First Coat
- Magnesite Terrazzo: Mixing the materials + Application on Panels

- Pastellone: Colouring the Material + Second Coat
- Reinforced Microcement: Colouring the Material + Second Coat
- Pastellone: Third Coat
- Reinforced Microcement: Sanding & Protection treatments
- Magnesite: Grouting and Polishing & Protection treatments
The price of the 2-days Floor plastering courses in our school of Italian plasters is € 300 + VAT 22%. This price includes training costs, use of the laboratory, and working tools.
